A few moments of pain, a lifetime of loss yet not that sore…..

A few moments of pain, a lifetime of loss yet not that sore….. The title sums it all, for I have no better words to explain the loss a person incurs when a loved soul, someone near and dear, leaves… The circle of life necessitates every soul present on this planet to leave one day, which is masked as death. Death surely brings pain, not for the departed soul, but for all those who are left behind. Death is something which is the most natural phenomenon but at the same time most hard to accept. What really is death for? And if death is the real truth, then why this illusion called life? It is foolish to talk about death without experiencing the same, but one can talk about life and the pain associated with the death of loved ones. The experience of someone going far off and the pain of never being able to talk, take advice, joke or hang out with the person makes it hard to accept. A person lives on the planet for years, nurtures relations and value people in his/her life

LGBT: Morality in the issue of legalization and views

And with this historic decision, LGBT marriages have been given a legal status in the United States.  He was relieved for the first time in the last 20 years of his life. As he stood up to switch off the grand LED TV which hung on a silky smooth wall of his equally grand villa, there was a subtle smile on his face which took the shape of a full curve. He couldn’t believe what he just heard. Yes, finally the greatest nation in the world had given its acceptance to the LGBT relationships which was a huge milestone for the whole community. Just he wished he could have been a resident of USA, and not India.  The smile soon drifted and a gloom took over his mind. After listening to the heated conversation and the news report about the decision to impart legality to LGBT in America, he had forgot that he was not a resident of America which would allow him to portray his emotions as per his wish.  He was in India and no matter how much success or wealth he accumulates over the time, th

There is always a silver lining in every cloud…. part I

"And the award for best lead actor, 2030 goes to Arnav Singh."  All the eminent personalities of the international film industry cheered aloud for the much loved actor of the decade whose performance in a number of roles had set a benchmark for an acting profile.  He was the most loved actor across age groups and people knew him as the king of modern cinema.  “This was the first time he was nominated for the internationally renowned academy award and he never believed that he would win the same. But everyone except him was damn sure that he would be surely winning the same. His performance in the latest flick was way ahead of others and his work was tagged with a label of being the best a human personality can enact on screen.  As he stood from his designated place, he felt a strange sense of illusion. He was not even happy, neither he was proud of his achievement, but he managed to keep a fake expression of happiness across his face.  No doubt he was a great actor, no one

Evaluate, do not just perceive....

Whenever I listen to people around me, I tend to speculate, speculate the conditions which have made them speak something, speculate the situations they are dealing with and practically speculate every single moment which have helped in carving the personality which spoke a word or two. I do this out of my curiosity to know people better, I do this because I like to study human nature. This is the reason I am curious to talk to each and every person out there because I know I would get a great amount of experience that would help me dodge the hurdles that I will experience in the future. The same curiousness made me an outspoken and outwardly person whom the people generally mistake for a clingy personality. But I am fine with what people perceive about me, because they have never been on the same journey which I undertook to reach where I stand now. But despite my image I have never stopped talking to new people in an effort to understand the basic human nature.

Lethargy takes toll of creativity

Being creative is a way of life. When we choose a creative way to lead our life, we in turn are choosing to walk on a two edged sword. Creativity demands being mad and being different from the rest of world. Creativity is the end product of inspiration, and when a person is inspired, he is sure to create a masterpiece, which takes a lot of time to decipher. Being creative demand being able to walk, walk without being tired, because the day you start to feel weary, you begin to roll back against the power of creativity. Creativeness demands freshness, and fresh ideas emerge when a person is able to filter through the stream of ideas coming in his thoughts and presenting his voice through some art portraying his creativity. But at times in life, people due to their inherent fears and self made weaknesses tend to slow down on their paths and this is when lethargy and laziness starts overpowering a human personality. Lethargy is a state of mind, not body, and when a person turn
