The most desirable pleasure

Change is the part and parcel of our life. As we continue to grow up in life we experience many variegated phases that constitute our experience. The most drastic change that we experience in our lives is when we move out of our homes.  One day, we are the most loved child of the house, the apple of everyone’s eye, and in a matter of days, we are in an unknown city, amongst an unfamiliar crowd, away from the ones we love, and those who love us. I am referring to the phase when we move to a completely unknown city on the pretext of education or job. It would be wrong to say that not many individuals experience this phase, for it is practical to move to large urban centers than we currently are. It is not a choice but a necessity in the fast-paced world, it is believed. A person succumbs to the desire of staying in hometown, and we move on to look for greater opportunity elsewhere. Nearly everyone I know has done this at some point or other. But the point is… do we really find

Loneliness is a rewarding evil

The path, the journey and the destination The wind was cold enough to make my soul shrink somewhere deep in my personality. It had been days since I saw the signs of a human habitation close to me. I do not know if I did it right or wrong to go forth with this journey, but was amazed to possess a strange feeling of calmness inside, the kinds of which was never felt by me, when I was living my dream life. It was just another day in my fast pace life, when I realized my real purpose in life, was not to excel financially or in terms of success, but to find a path that enrich my soul. The matter has been talked in numerous ways and millions of times everywhere across the web. But I will make sure to add a footnote to this never ending debate. A dream gives us a purpose to live. And my dream was to stand strong with pride. I wanted my father to be proud of me when I achieve the stature of a highly paid professional in the management industry. He had set high standards fo

Experiencing the joy of laughing, on-the-go

Fun is an element which can be found practically anywhere. It is there on the streets and it is found in the smiles we experience when we find the latest episode of our favorite serial being telecasted on the television. I am not a television freak, and I do not prefer watching television most of the times due to impending deadlines at work, but am always eager to savor the tales it has to show as per my convenience and schedule. I used a lot of android apps to get hold of one of my favorite light comedy show on Sab TV. But, due to the busy routine, I often had to skip the telecasts because of the time slot restrictions.  For months, I had to skip the episodes, and then try to find old videos of the same. It was just recently that I found the latest Tata Sky+ Transfer set top box, and it came like a blessing in disguise. I am a huge fan of the hilarious tales of Jetha Lal and his neighborhood, but only Tata Sky+ Transfer gave me the power to enjoy the same as per my schedul

Miss you

I would not have cried for nights altogether after that eventful night, When all I had was snatched off me, When every wish of mine was destined to remain unfulfilled forever, When the destiny played an ugly game, And the time was not in the right frame...... Remembering that night, still tears roll out of my eyes, when he passed away, leaving me in the world, just like an animal stray...... time and again i have emphasised about your importance and need, not with the motive of asking for something or for some personal greed I just wished you to be by my side, for I also wanna live free without any fright.... your disappearance and then the moving away of your better half from my life, have made my whole existence no better than a civil strife... If you had been here, you would have seen how have i cried bad, what all i experienced through this scene i never forget you even for a single second, I just want you to come back and grab my hand infuse the lost confidence, men

Searching for ultimate success

Life is a complex maze of a circumstances that shape up our personality. In an endeavor to prove our worth, we put in extra efforts. But sometimes, despite every effort, life seems to be in the dark. The rudimentary problem behind failure to turn our dreams to reality, is the failure to discover our hidden potential. We strive to succeed and put in our best efforts. If during this journey, we fail, we become suspicious about our abilities. It is evident from experiences that in order to achieve something, you need to do something worthwhile. You need to be a part of the value chain, and in turn, add value to the quality of life you live. Value addition is the result of discoveries. And life is a never ending process of discovering your inherent abilities. People have a tendency to give up easy and give up fast. And this is the reason, they fail to add value to their lives, resulting in a state of dejection. Failing to understand your own personality

Everything happens for a reason, and the reason is nothing, but you…..

Time moves in a flow and once time passes away, it never comes back. Even our fortunes are the slave of good and bad times, according to people. When in distress or in bad times, we often say, that this time will pass… People say, time is the most precious thing one can give to anyone, for time is limited. No matter how much wealth one accumulates, no one can buy time. Maybe that is why it is of so much value. People value time, but no one is ready to accept that time, like any other thing is good and bad, and we have to accept as it is. Never should we blame time, never should we pray for it to pass. For time is the best teacher. And because of this teacher I have learnt that Everything happens for a reason…. Nothing new when I quote this line, for everyone know the fact. But I do not want to emphasise on this particular quote, but want to tell that in my life too, everything happened for a reason, and the reason was nothing else, but ‘you’…. Now, many would question me
