‘India ka dil bole to Dilli’
Every city is known for something or the other. The minute intricacies, events, stories and tales make a city identifiable throughout the world and a city is etched with a number of such things. Every city has its heritage and is great in its own sense, made of great people, who make these cities, what they are. Delhi has quite a splendid history and it would not be wrong to say that the story of Delhi is the story of India.
Delhi has experienced change since ages and the city which we see today is said to be built n number of times and destroyed again and again. This evolution has given the city a spirit, which knows how to fight and stand back. The peculiar ‘Dillwalo ki Dilli’ tag sometimes is found lost, but if we look at the heart, which is buried deep inside the congested streets of old Delhi, we still found a lot of flavors left, warmth which an individual yearns for.
The congested lanes, the traffic, pollution is something people crib about each day, but at the same time, people forget how this sustaining city economy gives employment to millions without asking anything in return. Over time, many areas saw a great transition from being concrete jungles to green belts, and every citizen of Delhi expects that one-day things will change.
The long archways of monuments, the beauty of splendid gardens or the landscape of Lutyens zone, every experience is best when a person explores the heartbeat of Delhi, which resides in the design, inspired and adapted from various communities of the world.
These communities and rulers who ruled the city through ages endowed the city with designs through monuments and buildings which make the city proud of its existence. The city continues to attract and leave thousands of tourists in awe of the great designs, which a tourist sees at each nook and corner of the city. Being in the heart of India makes you come face to face with its spirit, which lies in its monuments and buildings adorned with impressive designs.
The heart of Delhi and its heartbeat knows how to connect a soul to its spirit. When a person visits the city, he comes with an expectation to discover something new and leaves with indelible marks on memories. A person feels super connected to the city, because all through these years Delhi has welcomed cultures from various parts of the country as people came here, settled and made this city their home. The connect which one feels with the city’s soul is unique in itself as the city being a foreign land for many serves as a home for millions, who leave their home in search of opportunities and life.
Delhi is truly the inseparable heart of this country, and is an ideal destination for everyone, who looks for opportunities and the city, makes sure to reward everyone, without fail. Whenever one roams on the empty streets of Delhi, or plans a long drive on his favorite ride, the city responds back with variegated hues to surprise him/her. This is Delhi.. How corporate professionalism helped me in learning the art of self-appreciation?

It’s been a long while that I wrote something for myself. Though being a full-time content writer, busy in playing with words all day long, who people think of as a word-wizard- never short of something to write, I have, of late, fell short of words to define what I feel about my passion. I started off as a content writer & still, I am that- it’s not that my passion has faded, it is still strong and growing every day, still I sometimes feel I am not doing much for myself. Writing every day for brands and companies- fuelling their aspirations to grow more and more through advertisements, e-mailers, marketing collaterals, etc., I have somehow felt guilty of not helping myself much with my growth journey. But is it my fault… or is it just situational? I am not the type who shifts the blame to professional or personal condition, so I take it upon myself for my mistake. I have not been much serious about my journey, passion and efforts. But through my realization, I came up wit...
