Back with a bang

Life grips us all. It tries to backfire at us with load of struggles, challenges and circumstances that have the ability to shake your soul to the core and break you to a level that you begin believing you cannot stand up again. You feel broken, dejected and curse your own luck and God for making your life hell by the negatives in your life. You begin cursing your own existence and in this process forget to love your own self. You become hopeless for future, you just see a dark night in front of you. You wish you should die. You wish your life to end. But hang on. Have you ever wondered why life chooses you to face all the negative circumstances and make you feel the least loved?

Life, is a mystery, a maze that has the ability to confuse the wisest of individuals by its dynamism and uncertainties. One day, you have all the happiness in the world, the next day you feel as ruined as a ghost town. Life is what you see, what you feel and how you respond. Your choices are the stepping stones of your successful future. If you feel demoralized and broken by the negativity that surrounds you, there are high chances you would feel much weaker than you actually are. Life is meant to challenge you, to help you unleash your true potential by making you face situations you never felt you can face, to tackle challenges you never thought you can. Life is meant to be answered by positivity. Life tries to make us learn by different experiences, it never has the motive of breaking you down. It wants you to rise up every time with much greater strength that you had in past. It wants you to push your soul to the limits. It wants you to say, “I’ll Survive, and I’ll be back with a bang one day.” It wants you to develop confidence in your own self, to run, to fight and to tackle any hurdles that it presents in your course.

In short, it is a teacher who punishes you harshly just to make your soul develop to a level that you don’t need any other classes or coaching to handle your own self. It is a never ending learning process. It is something beyond your thought process. It is beyond your conscious. So, never question life when it presents before you a situation you believe you can’t face, just smile at your teacher and feel blessed that it chose you to make learn a lesson that would help you for the rest of your life.

To work as per my passion and not profession:

The greatest fear of anyone around us, is of being not able to grab a respectable position in this society. As it was said in a famous movie that if we do not score good marks, we will not be able to grab a good grad college, and if there is not a good grad college with good marks, there would be no placement, no placement means no job, no job means no salary and no salary means no marriage. This means our society at large, is moving just to prove themselves on just a single front, i.e. to prove that they are worth marrying?? Or for that case, to grab a job which pays them handsomely. Is it the only thing left in our lives, to get money and family and get settled? What about our own aspirations? Each one of us, during our development stage, begin to develop some hobbies, some passions which we feel connected to. Some are too mainstream and some might even not be known to anyone accept us. If we stick to one of our passion, we develop a skill related to it. It may be singing,...

How corporate professionalism helped me in learning the art of self-appreciation?

It’s been a long while that I wrote something for myself. Though being a full-time content writer, busy in playing with words all day long, who people think of as a word-wizard- never short of something to write, I have, of late, fell short of words to define what I feel about my passion. I started off as a content writer & still, I am that- it’s not that my passion has faded, it is still strong and growing every day, still I sometimes feel I am not doing much for myself. Writing every day for brands and companies- fuelling their aspirations to grow more and more through advertisements, e-mailers, marketing collaterals, etc., I have somehow felt guilty of not helping myself much with my growth journey. But is it my fault… or is it just situational? I am not the type who shifts the blame to professional or personal condition, so I take it upon myself for my mistake. I have not been much serious about my journey, passion and efforts. But through my realization, I came up wit...
