The Inhuman Humans

Throughout the planet we see a sprawling concrete jungle that surround us in every direction we move our vision. The human civilization have the tendency to prove his supremacy and dominate each and every aspect that, in anyway, surrounds him. He tries to be the world leader and thinks that he has the power to influence every other species that have put its step on this live planet. He have started to believe this earth is the personal property of him. He has the right to exploit every single asset as per his wish that was granted by Mother Nature to the whole biosphere. He is not the master but just the servant of nature, who was made by God, to serve the entire living class, through his intelligence and thoughts.

But the higher intelligence quotient took toll of his goals regarding service. He began his journey on this planet after magnanimous species such as the dinosaurs but began thinking himself to be the pivot around which the whole universe revolves. He started exploring various aspects of nature because of his curiosity but soon when he learnt that he can dominate through evil and unjustified means, he started exploiting other living organisms in the form of excessive deforestation, destruction of natural habitats, and exploitation of natural resources and affecting the global scene at a faster pace. His endeavors did not stop till this. He began exploring other parts of space and solar system but soon realized it is outside his purview to tackle the exquisiteness and width of this universe. So, he confined himself to the rapid industrialization of this planet without thinking of sustainability for future. He have always tried to extract the maximum out of this planet without paying a single penny in the past. But he has forgot that if we take credit from anyone, one day we have to pay with interest.

Similarly, mother Earth and nature will surely ask back the loans it gave to generation of humans from the future generations. It have even started to be impatient about its massive exploitation. Sudden climatic changes across the the globe, depletion of the ozone layer, degradation of the environment, melting of the polar ice caps, massive and destructive cyclones, wind cycles and devastation is as a warning to us that it would be better to mend our ways either we would soon be wiped off in the brunt of anger of the greater force that we have always insulted. The human civilization at various points in history have always been inhuman towards others, not only the Mother Nature and its living world but also towards fellow humans. Human have a superiority complex that do not let him understand that the world is not his father’s inheritance. It is also meant to be shared between his other brothers and sisters(other living beings) that have also equal right on everything that surround him.

On a path to glory

I have been lost before. in a pool of confusions, that delve inside my head. I have been lost before, in a tide of self-doubt, that crept inside my heart.. I have been lost before, in the guilt of underperforming I have been lost before, at nights with unstoppable mourning Through the years I learned, it does not matter If I am lost, I will surely be found And if no one finds me, I myself will one day walk past this maze To do something worthwhile and to amaze All those who laughed at the time when I was lost All those who created a sense of self-doubt, who made me face this ghost I have learned that the fears are just inside All we have is a beautiful world with opportunities, that is real and is outside So, I rise again from this pool of confusion, Yes I rise again from this guilt and emotion, I know am hard at heart when it comes to the topic of self-achievement But what is an achievement, without a little attitude All I want you is to kno...

How corporate professionalism helped me in learning the art of self-appreciation?

It’s been a long while that I wrote something for myself. Though being a full-time content writer, busy in playing with words all day long, who people think of as a word-wizard- never short of something to write, I have, of late, fell short of words to define what I feel about my passion. I started off as a content writer & still, I am that- it’s not that my passion has faded, it is still strong and growing every day, still I sometimes feel I am not doing much for myself. Writing every day for brands and companies- fuelling their aspirations to grow more and more through advertisements, e-mailers, marketing collaterals, etc., I have somehow felt guilty of not helping myself much with my growth journey. But is it my fault… or is it just situational? I am not the type who shifts the blame to professional or personal condition, so I take it upon myself for my mistake. I have not been much serious about my journey, passion and efforts. But through my realization, I came up wit...
