Jannatein kahan bin hue fannah

‘Bina mare swarg nahi naseeb hota…’
( the Pleasure of heaven is never tasted without sacrificing own life)

The above phrase correctly can justify all the difficulties, challenges and trouble we face during our lifetimes. We often see ourselves running away, praying and avoiding troubles and challenges in order to lead a simpler, peaceful life. It is not bad to lead a peaceful and happier life away from difficulties but in order to develop and reach the next level of satisfaction and peace it is actually needed to part away from the comforts of the last step as in order to rise up the ladder one needs to part away from the last step.

Difficulties and challenges are the stepping stones of development. God always blesses us. When we blame God for landing us in trouble, God has planned a better future much brighter than our thoughts. And for its achievement, a test in the form of a challenge is presented just to make our own soul clear about our capabilities. He does not give trouble more than our capacity to fight and rise above the challenge to stand in a new horizon that makes us more sensible. In every difficulty stands a chance for self-realization and enlightenment.

A car never reaches its destination till the point it do not take the risk of entering the hustle and bustle of roaring traffic. Similarly, no one reaches his destination without leaving his current position. It is for sure that you will face hurdles, detours, patchy paths and often your vision might be unclear. You begin to believe that you cannot move forward, you look back, but remember, the windscreen of the car is always larger than the rear view mirror.

Similarly, the future holds much greater prospect of self-development and fulfillment than the past. We shall always strive to move forward rather than halting or looking back. It is fine to take rest at a point but never halt your journey forever. Nothing waits for long. Seize every opportunity that comes your way. You will never get the pleasures of happiness if you don’t risk your present condition. Every move forward is a step closer to your ultimate goal. Believe in yourself. You can make it through. You are the best, and no one can stop you. Dive in the pool of challenges. Don’t be afraid to drown because you yourself will emerge out to be more skilled once you develop the faith on your capabilities. Heaven’s pleasure is also for those who die. Similarly, a new level of contentment awaits you once you overcome a greater challenge…

To work as per my passion and not profession:

The greatest fear of anyone around us, is of being not able to grab a respectable position in this society. As it was said in a famous movie that if we do not score good marks, we will not be able to grab a good grad college, and if there is not a good grad college with good marks, there would be no placement, no placement means no job, no job means no salary and no salary means no marriage. This means our society at large, is moving just to prove themselves on just a single front, i.e. to prove that they are worth marrying?? Or for that case, to grab a job which pays them handsomely. Is it the only thing left in our lives, to get money and family and get settled? What about our own aspirations? Each one of us, during our development stage, begin to develop some hobbies, some passions which we feel connected to. Some are too mainstream and some might even not be known to anyone accept us. If we stick to one of our passion, we develop a skill related to it. It may be singing,...

How corporate professionalism helped me in learning the art of self-appreciation?

It’s been a long while that I wrote something for myself. Though being a full-time content writer, busy in playing with words all day long, who people think of as a word-wizard- never short of something to write, I have, of late, fell short of words to define what I feel about my passion. I started off as a content writer & still, I am that- it’s not that my passion has faded, it is still strong and growing every day, still I sometimes feel I am not doing much for myself. Writing every day for brands and companies- fuelling their aspirations to grow more and more through advertisements, e-mailers, marketing collaterals, etc., I have somehow felt guilty of not helping myself much with my growth journey. But is it my fault… or is it just situational? I am not the type who shifts the blame to professional or personal condition, so I take it upon myself for my mistake. I have not been much serious about my journey, passion and efforts. But through my realization, I came up wit...
